Did not offer a free initial consultation. I paid to have him review some documents and answer my questions. We later spoke briefly, and he was in a hurry to get off the phone. He advised me to contact him with my questions. I did call and email him a question several times but received no reply. I alerted him I'd be forced to dispute his credit card charge, still no reply. I heard nothing from him until right after I disputed his credit card charge. He still refused to answer my question, so I recommended we go our separate ways. But his fee has reappeared on my credit card as a chargeback reversal. I had told him I would be going public with the facts. Before doing business, be sure to think carefully if this is the type of law firm you want. |
